Start: LINE CREEK BREWERY NEWNAN
11 Savannah St. Downtown Newnan
***Special Driving Instructions***
85 South to Exit #51 McCollum/Sharpsburg Turn Right Cross RR track and Turn Left onto US Hwy 29(the same US 29 that is Ponce de Leon and Lawrenceville Hwy and same RR tracks) Wave as you go by Tanglewood Rd where Camp Hedon and Two Crabs are.
Continue on Hwy 29 until you come into Downtown Newnan. Use your GPS to find Savannah St.
You'll pass the infamous Sprayberry's BBQ established in 1926
and other sights. If you use exit 47 you will be on a four lane with lots of traffic lights and stop & go traffic.
Hare: Head Nurse and Mystery Hare
Time: Gather 2:00 Hounds out at 2:30
Cost: First beer on the hash. Bring $$ for your own level of
drunkenness and food truck.
Trail Info: This trail has a bit of everything. Newnan is the City of Homes meaning it has the largest amount of Antebellum(Pre Civil War) homes of any city in Georgia. So plan to goggle over beautiful homes, run some roads, some woods and parks. Trail is A to A unless we decide differently between now and Saturday.
What to bring: Don't need your chair, might need dry shoes, warm clothes if sitting outside. Your $$ and sense of adventure.
