What to bring: the usual! A flashlight if your trail runneth over - though I'll try to keep it shortish and easy to followish. Maybe a change of clothes. This place is fancy, so you don't have to bring a chair, they provide them. See, fancy.

That's about it - just a regular old trail. George's is also the scene of a regular Wednesday night run, so they are accustomed to sweaty runners dripping about the place and talking about how fast they used to be.
