Atlanta Hash House Harriers

As announced yesterday, Black Sheep is making a donation to the Hartwell VFW in Oops' honor. We wanted to make sure they have the funds by Veterans Day (Saturday) and special thanks to Deposit Slit for talking to the VFW to ensure all the funds we donate go to assist vets.
Also find attached the financials from the Hartwell campout this year. More mismanagement was involved this year and so special thanks to Surly (for the idea of the VFW donation, wrangling / herding cats) and all those who pitched in especially Sani (for doing the bulk of the heavy lifting), Deposit , Oops, Butt Pipe (beer!), the cooks (Deposit, Sani, Surly, Jackass, RamAHo, Pussy Pilot, Lawn Cut and probably others I am forgetting) and everyone who pitched a tent...I mean pitched in.
Finally, mark yer calendars for these importantly fun dates in 2024:
Monday 3/11 Founders Day
Saturday 4/20 Spring Campout trail so block off the whole weekend at least
7/28 BSH3 #900
Saturday 9/21 Hartwell Campout trail again whole week/end
12/15 Christmas trail
PS yes we have excess funds in the bank from the campout, and may make more donations but plan on using those funds for mugs/engraving and to fund future events at this point
