Hartwell campout #69 September 19/21!

Black sheep H3 presents the 2025 Hartwell campout! Shenanigans will commence 9/19-9/21* and Oops has been busy trying on speedos (he’ll be doing so in changing rooms from here on out, that got really awkward).

Your lead chefs for the weekend will be Jackass, Lawn Cut and Deposit Slit plus your traditional Saturday breakfast hosted by Pussy Pilot. Dribbles will be providing the beer! Expect Surly to post the rego and more info soon, but if you’d like to assist with a meal (sides, etc) contact Deposit.

As a side note, Dribbles says there are open dates for haring Black Sheep and he would just love someone to fill his holes!!!!!!! Those dates are 9/7, 10/5, 11/16, 11/30, and 12/28. Please fill his holes.

* remember to contact the hosts if you would like to come early or stay late - people who stay past noon on Sunday must clean up and pack out all trash generated Sunday afternoon

The dust has settled, the leftovers are in the freezer, and the hangovers almost abated...Hartwell was another fun weekend and we've got some numbers for you.
Similar to last year, we did end up with a modest profit....which this year is offset by the cost of run count patches (pictured, courtesy of Surly). Happy to answer any questions or share receipts as needed.
Huge thanks to Deposit Slit and Oops for hosting and doing much of the heavy lifting, Surly and BWANA for trail, Jackass and Cornholio and PussyPilot for meals, ChinChin and Bombardier for haring Shooting Star plus Double Suck, Lawn Cut, D3 and Glory Mole for hosting stops, Dribbles for being an awesome BEERMEISTER, Bumble Tree for the SoCo trail and of course Jackass for the nonstop "entertainment"
