Post by DebbieDoesDigits »

Half Bandit XXV/Thanksgiving Day/11/28/24!
Hare: On The Rag (OTR)
Start: Oakland Cemetery (near the entrance): 366 MLK Jr. Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30312
Meet: 7:20 am; On out at 7:35 am.
Cost: $5

Cum join us for our XXV (25th) iteration of 1/2 Bandit on Thanksgiving morning! Gather at 7:20 am; on out at 7:35. End approximately 10:00 am.

Here are some details from OTR:

This is a party alongside a r@ce, about 4 miles of jogging/walking, and 4 Bandit/Beer stops. Well beer-ate the racists in their 11th mile! Fun, frivolity, & BEER. It will be the best Bandit ever!

Meetup is Oakland Cemetery entrance. Park on streets near the entrance: MLK, Jr. Dr. SE (behind DAS Barbeque), Biggers St. SE, & Oakland Ave. SE. There are other streets close by on Memorial side, too. You can also take Marta to MLK Jr. Stop.

Questions? Ask Debbie Does Digitz (D3), Dribbles B4 He Shoots (Jr), or OTR.

We look forward to seeing you!
Not sure if more details will cum, so check back just in case!

More from OTR:

Calling all Bandits! The BEER is chillin’ and that’s good cuz the forecast is warmish for the 25th Half Bandit!
Find us at Oakland Cemetery entrance side 7:30am Thanksgiving (Tomorrow!).
We’ll on-out at 7:45. Beer stop as we please. We’ll join the R@cists for a total of about 3 miles (light jogging, downhill or flat only) and we’ll cleverly-bandit-short-cut another mile (walking, drinking, caterwauling) on our own. Then, their small minds fully blown, we’ll BEER the r@cists in their Mile 11.
Some dare call it a cons-BEER-acy!
Bring your ½ Bandit gear, and OTR has more shirts at the start.
Truly, it will be a Bandit for the Ages.
Onon!

PS A question was asked: The trail is A to A, from the cemetery.
