Friday. SOCO. Be there or ... not to be there.

Post by Too Limp Clover »

Friday the 18th ... SOCO rises from the grave!

It's like Easter, but for Friday night hashes, and without any messiahs, and the opposite end of the year, and not in the middle east. Come on out for a trail that's way better this analogy!

Been a while since we've done a SOCO, but at least it will be cooler and properly nice and dark for trail.

When: Friday the 18th; meet at 7PM, on out at 7:30PM

Where: Benteen Elementary School, 200 Cassanova St SE, Atlanta, GA 30315

Trail is A to B, but it ain't too particularly far between the two points. We can schlep people back, and will also have a bag/beer car.

What to bring: It's BYOB, but there is FREE and IRRESISTIBLE chili at the end: one meat option and one vegetarian. Bring a chair for hanging out in the back - there'll be a fire. The host even says there's room to camp overnight if you want to bring a tent! Bring a flashlight for trail, and long socks for respectable amounts of shiggy.

Cost: Free, apart from your BYOB.

Come on out and have the best October 18th you've had all year!

Oh, the hare is Too Limp Clover and the host is Tainted Meat.

Hey all,

I am posting this to protect any hashers that are not aware of the situation. It was brought to my attention over the past 2 days, that and individual is going to be present at the gathering this evening. The individual in question is Busted Cherry. He has been informed that he is no longer welcome at any kennel within the Atlanta Metro Area, that includes any special events.

The GM's of Atlanta Metro Area kennels discussed the issues, and voted unanimously on this decision. This did not come easy, but it was necessary for the good of the hash.
